The location of the hotel is perfect, right by the tramway and in the heart of the city. The receptionist Ahmed was extremely helpful, offering recommendations for cheap and delicious restaurants, assisting with tour arrangements, and even helping guests purchase local treats. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some even offering street views. Despite a few maintenance issues, the staff ensures a pleasant stay by accommodating room requests without additional charges.
The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement in certain areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Mr Cetin and Mr Gokce. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect for visiting the main attractions in this city. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown.
